Quantity Surveyor
The roll would involve
-
Reviewing rates, quantities, drawings for successful Tenders

Attending pre-start meetings
-
Reviewing and Commercial Management of Sub-Contracts
-
Measuring and interpreting drawings
-
Material take-off’s
-
Regular site visits for meetings and record work done
-
Compile and submit monthly Valuations
-
Process, record and price Variations
-
Assist the Estimating Department as required
Operative should be competent using Excel, accurate, organised, ideally with a knowledge of construction and interior systems.
