Flats and Community Space, Barns Road, Oxford

With blockwork spine walls and concrete plank floors, Aspect worked with Feltham to provide a Kingspan SFS façade to this curved building complete with Siniat Weather Defence boarding. Internal works consisted of linings to the block walls and forming the internal partitions and MF ceilings for the affordable apartments. The Ground floor community space included CEP acoustic baffles in various colours.
